Felicia is the “go to” girl for all staff and began life with Higgins in 2012 in reception, administration and property officer roles. Felicia’s experience in the PM team over the years ensures as Property Manager, there’s nothing left undone.
Felicia also very capably fills the very busy role of Personal Assistant to the Sales Team, the Director and the Office Manager, ensuring all the needs of the team are met, both in and out of the office environment.
Felicia is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, and her experience over the years, her personable and friendly manner is such that there’s not much that Felicia does not know or can assist you with.
