As Managing Director I oversee the Company’s operation and outcomes and most particularly the Sales Team.
My experience comes from working for over two decades in Real Estate and Financial Services arena, during which time I have been involved in all areas of real estate including sales, marketing, project marketing and property management. I am also a Justice of the Peace.
Assisting people to achieve their goals and dreams has been a very rewarding career for me. In the many years in the industry, I have built a reputation of commitment to achieving great personalised service to our property investors, and achieving some of our local markets’ best sales results, while providing a level of service that has been and continues to be appreciated by so many of our happy clients.
My most rewarding and satisfying success has been in the area of property sales and the implementation of a Sales Agent Training program aimed at lifting the professionalism and customer service with new agents entering the industry with our company. The result of this has seen a better trained agent – focused on achieving the best price for our vendors and a higher lever of customer care.
Community Involvement – Outside of work, I’ve been a member of the Rural Fire Service for over 30 years, currently Deputy Captain of the Alstonville Rural Fire Brigade, taking a break from 4 years as Captain. I have been a past organiser for many years of the local Children’s Christmas Appeal Motorcycle Toy Run, supporter and sponsor of other local charities and the Wollongbar Alstonville Rugby Club.
Currently I am a Board Member of CASPA, formerly known as North Coast Childrens Home, a local private organisation dedicated to the role of foster care, residential care and family support for children and adolescents.
