From the very first conversation Lorraine emphasised that I didn’t need to worry about anything and that she would make the process as stress free as possible for me. Lorraine was true to her word. My home was sold so quickly and I’m sure that had a lot to do with Lorraine’s process of choosing who she thought would like my quirky little home. I found Lorraine to be always upfront and honest with me. Lorraine was always happy and upbeat with me, which I also found comforting and calming.
